Daring leadership is a collection of four skill sets that are 100% teachable, measurable, and observable. The Dare to Lead™ program focuses on developing these courage-building skills through workshops, trainings and coaching to help individuals, teams and organizations move from armored leadership to daring leadership. There are a variety of ways to be able to step into and embody this work. We believe strongly in the embodiment piece as it’s one thing to logically learn the skill-sets of being brave but it’s another thing to embody being brave. |

It can be completed in a variety of formats such as a 2-day intensive retreat, a series of half-days or 1-hour virtual sessions spread out over several months. This option provides for the ultimate flexibility and tailoring to your individual learning style and personal goals.
